Mucunski meets Szijjártó on sidelines of OSCE ministerial meeting in Vienna
- Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski met with his Hungarian counterpart Péter Szijjártó on the sidelines of the the 32nd Ministerial Council meeting of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna on Thursday.
Skopje, 4 December 2025 (MIA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski met with his Hungarian counterpart Péter Szijjártó on the sidelines of the the 32nd Ministerial Council meeting of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Vienna on Thursday.
"We expressed satisfaction with the dynamic bilateral cooperation and the ongoing high-level political dialogue, as well as with the broad sectoral cooperation and mutual support in various multilateral formats. In addition, we underscored the two countries' commitment to further intensifying this cooperation in the coming period," Mucunski posted on Facebook.
He adds that the two welcomed the holding of the fifth session of the Joint Committee on Economic Cooperation between the two countries last month, while also discussing current developments in the region and Europe, the partnership within NATO, the European Union accession process, as well as Hungary's substantial support on the path.

Mucunski will deliver several addresses on topics of broader mutual interest in light of the complex security context facing the OSCE region.
In addition to participating in the Ministerial Council meeting, the Minister’s agenda in Vienna also includes attending the meeting of the ‘Friends of the Western Balkans’, organized by the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The meeting will bring together high-level representatives from the group’s member states and the Western Balkan countries, as well as the EU High Representative, Kaja Kallas.
During the visit to Vienna, Mucunski will also meet with the representatives of the Federation of Austrian Industries, where new opportunities for economic cooperation will be presented.
