Skopje, 18 July 2025 (MIA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski addressed Friday a business forum in London, presenting the country's investment opportunities in front of more than 50 British companies.

FM Mucunski referred to the Government's efforts to promote the business environment and the potentials for trade and economic cooperation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade said in a press release.

Mucunski invited British companies to look into the opportunities offered by the Macedonian economy and expressed the Government's readiness to provide the required support for realization of their investment plans and goals.

During his stay in London, Mucunski paid a visit to the school for Eastern European languages within University College London, where the Macedonian language is taught. The FM donated textbooks and literature to the department, saying the promotion of the Macedonian language and creating conditions for its studying is one of the ministry's top priorities.

In addition, Mucunski met with members of the MP group in the UK Parliament for cooperation with the Republic of North Macedonia.

Discussions tackled the enhancement of bilateral relations, strengthening of parliamentary cooperation and the importance of both parliaments in promoting bilateral ties, reads the press release.
