Skopje, 19 October 2025 (MIA) - VMRO-DPMNE will get its mayor candidates elected in the first round of the local elections in the municipalities of Kisela Voda, Gazi Baba, Gjorche Petrov, Aerodrom, Ohrid, Resen, Gradsko, Vasilevo, Radovish, Shtip, Strumica, Bosilovo, Novo Selo, Vevchani and Prilep, said the party's executive board member Antonijo Miloshoski on Sunday.

Citing data from the party's analytical center, Miloshoski said VMRO-DPMNE would have a mayor in Strumica for the first time in 20 years.

Regarding the City of Skopje, he said their candidate Orce Gjorgjievski will have a convincing lead and "a few thousand votes will decide if he wins in the first round".
