Skopje, 28 October 2025 (MIA) - Kichevo deserves a mayor who is honest, hardworking, and ready to make sacrifices for the city, Aleksandar Jovanovski, VMRO-DPMNE’s candidate for mayor, said Tuesday evening at a rally in Kichevo ahead of the November 2 second round of local elections.

Jovanovski expressed his gratitude to the citizens during his speech and highlighted that the campaign for the Kichevo municipal elections has been exclusively positive.

“Thank you for your support. The energy we’ve shared throughout this campaign has been positive and inspiring, and it will remain so after our great victory. To anyone still uncertain or skeptical, reconsider, because success is possible,” Jovanovski said.

Kichevo, as Jovanovski emphasized, deserves a mayor who is honest, hardworking, and willing to dedicate himself to the city.

“We deserve an honest and diligent person who will dedicate himself to this city, and that person is me. I sincerely thank all members of political parties in our city, no matter their ethnicity or political beliefs. People have seen what we’re up against, and we’ve all witnessed the recent scandals and recordings. We don’t deserve that as citizens. Join me here on November 2, we’ll celebrate together,” Jovanovski said.
