Skopje, 16 March 2026 (MIA) — Residents and visitors to the Municipality of Aerodrom's Jane Sandanski park now have access to free, reliable public Wi-Fi, local authorities said in a press release.

Aerodrom is one of 500 municipalities in the region to receive a Wi-Fi network through the WiFi4WB initiative. The project, funded by the European Union and the German government, is implemented by GIZ Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit as part of the EU4Digital project.

According to the municipality, the new service is part of an ongoing effort to improve public services and digital connectivity for the local community. mr/
