East Gate and Diamond malls receive bomb threats, police conduct checks

Skopje, 19 April 2026 (MIA) - The Ministry of Interior has received Sunday reports of bomb threats at the East Gate and Diamond shopping centres in Skopje.

“On Sunday, the Ministry of Interior received an email containing a threat stating that explosive devices had been placed in the East Gate and Diamond shopping centres in Skopje,” Interior Ministry said.

Police officers, the ministry added, are taking measures and conducting checks at the shopping centres.
