Skopje, 29 September 2025 (MIA) - Deputy PM and Transport Minister Aleksandar Nikoloski met Monday with new Ambassador of Sweden, Ola Sohlström, and briefed him on the Government's capital projects and the country's involvement in regional infrastructure projects.

Minister Nikoloski and Ambassador Sohlström also discussed investment opportunities and strengthening of economic cooperation, the Ministry of Transport said in a press release.

Nikoloski also initiated the topic of introducing new airline routes between Macedonia and Sweden.

Interlocutors reaffirmed the excellent bilateral ties and highlighted the need to intensify cooperation in areas of mutual interest, reads the press release.
