Skopje, 17 September 2025 (MIA) - The Crisis Management Center (CMC) reported that by 6 pm on Wednesday, four wildfires remain active across the country, two are under control, and 12 have been put out.

Active wildfires are reported in the village of Viniche in Gazi Baba municipality, in Petrovo village on Kozhuf Mountain, in Vrazhale village in Zelenikovo municipality and in Norovo village in Krushevo municipality.

The fires in the village of Trubarevo, Gazi Baba municipality, and at the Drisla landfill in Studenichani municipality are under control, and 12 wildfires have been put out.
