Skopje, 25 July 2025 (MIA) - According to the latest information from the Crisis Management Centre (CMC), six fires are still burning across the country, and four are under control.

The CMC says it has registered a total of 14 wildfires until 1 pm on Friday.

There are active fires on Goten Mountain near the village of Nivichino, in the municipality of Prilep near the village of Beshishte, in the Municipality of Makedonski Brod near the village of Creshnevo, and between the villages of Dragoevo and Selce in the Municipality of Shtip. 

Active fires have also been reported in the Municipality of Karbinci near the village of Junuzlija, and in the Municipality of Zelenikovo near the village of Gumalevo. 

Fires in Prilep, Makedonski Brod, and Zhelino are under control.
