Skopje, 4 September 2025 (MIA) - The Crisis Management Center (CMC) said early Thursday that 23 wildfires were registered nationwide over the past day, of which one is under control, while 22 have been extinguished.

The wildfire at Kozhuf mountain is under control.

The fires in the municipalities of Ilinden, Gazi Baba, Struga, Tetovo, Krivogashtani, Prilep, Kumanovo, Zelenikovo, Makedonski Brod, Gostivar (4), Kichevo (3), Dolneni (2), Lipkovo (2) and Staro Nagorichane (2) have been put out.
