Kavadarci, 2 May 2025 (MIA) – Prime Minster Hristijan Mickoski said Friday that all 80 municipalities have submitted applications at the second public call for grants to municipalities for the construction of infrastructure projects.
According to Mickoski, close to 900 applications were submitted in the second call, bringing the combined total to 1,200.

“These are 1,200 construction sites across Macedonia, which is a historic achievement. We are doing this for present and future generations who deserve better living conditions. We will continue with the implementation in the period ahead. Citizens can expect many good news stories in the months ahead for both themselves and the country, because building is progress, and that's why the people gave us their trust,” Mickoski stated during a working visit to Kavadarci with Minister of Local Self-Government, Zlatko Perinski and Minister of Environment and Physical Planning, Izet Mexhiti.
Under the second public call, Mden 15 billion are available to support capital and infrastructure projects.
