Zaev: Bulgaria puts first obstacle at COREPER meeting
Bulgaria violated Article 2 of the Friendship Treaty by putting the first obstacle during Friday's meeting of the Committee of Permanent Representatives (COREPER). This does not mean that the chances are gone, because there are two more meetings at the level of ambassadors, followed by the General Affairs Council (GAC) on November 17, said Prime Minister Zoran Zaev.
