Skopje, 17 June 2026 (MIA) – Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski said meetings with officials of the junior government partners Vlen and ZNAM are set to take place this Friday and Saturday for talks on the upcoming government reshuffle.

Speaking to members of the media in Strumica, Mickoski noted that VMRO-DPMNE and Vlen are continuing their cooperation. 

“Meetings with coalition partners from Vlen and ZNAM are scheduled on Friday and Saturday. Elections are not due in the near future, we are halfway through the term, we have a cordial cooperation with Vlen. I expect this type of cooperation to continue. After establishing cooperation, after the 2024 elections, local elections were held and Vlen won in 10 municipalities, which is why I don’t see a reason not to continue our cooperation,” the prime minister said after visiting the Strumica General Hospital, which had undergone reconstruction.
