Zagreb, 14 April 2021 (Hina/MIA) — Kosovo’s President Vjosa Osmani said on Tuesday that dialogue with Belgrade “cannot be a priority” before sufficient amounts of Covid-19 vaccine are secured for citizens of Kosovo.
Osmani made the statement after meeting with the Czech Ambassador to Priština, Pavel Bilek, according to the Serbian public broadcaster RTS.
She said that “friendly countries and international organizations” would help Kosovo get the necessary amounts of vaccine.
Osmani, a 38-year-old law professor, was confirmed by parliament as new President of Kosovo on April 4.
She was the candidate of the ruling Self-Determination party.
