Skopje, 22 May 2025 (MIA) - President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova held a brief phone call Thursday with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, in which she expressed support for the efforts to put an end to the war, her Office said in a press release.

In the phone call, Zelensky informed the President about the intensive diplomatic efforts aimed at reaching an agreement for a just peace as soon as possible.

The Ukrainian President, according to Siljanovska-Davkova's Office, voiced gratitude for the Macedonian support and announced the holding of the Ukraine-Southeast Europe summit bringing together the leaders of  countries from the region.
