Skopje, 17 July 2025 (MIA) - Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski told journalists Thursday he sees no reason to meet with the head of opposition party SDSM, Venko Filipche, who has on several occasions called on the PM to hold a leaders’ meeting to determine the country’s red lines and establish cross-party consensus on key national issues.

Mickoski noted that he already held a meeting with Filipche.

“We already had one leaders’ meeting with Mr. Venko Filipche. If there was a need for such a meeting, I don’t see why we wouldn’t organize it. But currently, I see no reason why another leaders’ meeting should be held,” Mickoski said.
