Skopje, 1 December 2025 (MIA) — The Worth It coalition has submitted its proposal for new government ministers to Parliament, the office of Parliament Speaker Afrim Gashi said Monday. 

They should replace First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Environment and Physical Planning Izet Mexhiti, who was elected Chair Mayor, and departing Minister of European Affairs Orhan Murtezani, who is expected to be dismissed at the next parliamentary session.

Former government spokesman Muhamed Hoxha has been tapped to fill the vacancy left by former Environment Minister Mexhiti. 

Current MP and former Health Minister Bekim Sali has been tapped to lead the Ministry of European Affairs instead of Murtezani. mr/
