Skopje, 19 June 2025 (MIA) - Health Insurance Fund director Sasho Klekovski told a press conference on Thursday that the condition of burn patients injured in the fire at the “Pulse” nightclub in Kochani remains unchanged. He added that five burn patients are receiving treatment abroad, another five are receiving treatment in Skopje, and one burn patient is still in serious medical condition.
"I believe an assessment was recently made for a more significant skin graft for that patient. Otherwise, the problem there is infectious and is being treated in the best possible way with the best possible antibiotics at the moment," said Klekovski.
The March 16 fire that broke out in the 'Pulse' nightclub in Kochani claimed 63 lives and left about 200 people injured.
