NSA head Hristovski meets director of NATO Office of Security, Nace

Skopje, 15 October 2025 (MIA) – The exchange of information, strategic trust, and joint planning of security activities, as prerequisites for effectively addressing modern security risks, were among the topics discussed Wednesday at a meeting between the head of the National Security Agency (NSA), Bojan Hristovski, and the head of NATO’s Office of Security, Galen Nace, in Skopje.

According to a press release from the Agency, the meeting covered several topics of mutual interest, with particular emphasis on the ongoing processes of modernization and digitization of the NSA, which are being implemented in accordance with NATO standards. The discussions also addressed the need to adapt national security capacities to new global challenges, especially in the context of rapid technological development and experiences from current security crises.

Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to deepening cooperation and coordination, with the aim of enhancing joint capacities and increasing operational readiness. The Agency stressed the unity of the Alliance represents its strongest weapon, and a stable and strong Alliance is a guarantee of the security and stability of all its members.
