Skopje, 22 August 2025 (MIA) - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport Aleksandar Nikoloski at a meeting Friday with the head of the Delegation of the European Union in the country, Ambassador Michalis Rokas, spoke about the progress of ongoing projects led by the Ministry of Transport, with an emphasis on road and rail infrastructure as part of corridors VIII and X. 

“They exchanged views and opinions on current political and economic issues in the country and the region, as well as on opportunities for launching capital projects in the country backed by the Union, which is a firm and strategic partner both in the country’s accession process and in securing financial assistance for a series of significant projects,” the Ministry of Transport said in a press release.
