Skopje, 1 December 2025 (MIA) — "The Hands of Tradition," an ethnological exhibition of handmade artifacts and archival photos, will open at the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle for Independence at 7 pm. 

According to organizers, the exhibit is dedicated to traditional crafts and their transformation from the past to the present. 

"Through handmade objects and photographs, visitors will be able to discover the stories behind each of the works, get to know the master craftsmen and feel how tradition has gained new life through their hands," organizers said.

The exhibit will run through Dec. 15. It was curated by Elizabeta Markovska, ethnologist curator at the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle for Independence.

The items on display come from the collection of the Smallest Ethnological Museum in the World, located in the village of Dzhepcishte near Tetovo. mr/
