Skopje, 28 November 2025 (MIA) - One of the leaders of Vlen and Mayor of the Municipality of Chair, Izet Mexhiti, told journalists Friday that former government spokesperson Muhamed Hoxha will be the new Minister of Environment and Physical Planning, while current MP and former Health Minister Bekim Sali will assume the post of First Deputy Prime Minister.

“There won’t be a reshuffle, but there will mainly be a filling up of posts. They are currently being finalized. What is currently known is that Bekim Sali will be First Deputy Prime Minister, and it remains to be decided which ministry he will be in charge of. While Muhamed Hoxha will be Minister of Environment,” Mexhiti said.

Asked if Health Minister Azir Aliu would be replaced by Bashkim Bakiu, Mexhiti said the media would be informed with all details about potential changes of ministers.
