Skopje, 3 October 2025 (MIA) - A new tranche of 1.2 billion denars (19.4 million euros) has been disbursed from the central budget to the Development Bank. The funds are intended to support investment projects by domestic companies. This financial support is provided on favourable terms through the Hungarian loan, the Ministry of Finance said Friday.

With this payment, the total amount of 190.5 million euros has already been transferred to the domestic economy through this measure, which aims to stimulate an investment cycle in the private sector. 

The 2025 Budget provides a total of 250 million euros for investment support, which is expected to trigger investments in the private sector worth around 300 million euros.
