Skopje, 16 September 2025 (MIA) - Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski said Tuesday the rising economic parameters are the reason for the recent actions by power centers that do not want the Government to succeed and Macedonia to be stable, peaceful and prosperous.
PM Mickoski told reporters that increasing service turnover reported by the State Statistical Office is another in the series of parameters showing the country is finally starting to develop "and this does not suit power centers - to see Macedonia as regional leader in the economy, peace and stability, interethnic relations".
"Services have risen by 3.5 percent in the second quarter, but what is even more important, the number of tourists has risen by 10.5 percent in the first seven months and I expect this to reach 15 percent by the year-end, the highest in the region by far," said Mickoski.
All these indicators, he added, are a concern for these power centers, who do not want to see this Government succeed, but we will fight and win.
