Skopje, 2 December 2025 (MIA) — Citing health reasons, Constitutional Court Justice Jadranka Dabovikj Anastasovska has resigned from her post, the Constitutional Court said in a press release.

A professor of law at the state university, Dabovikj Anastasovska was elected Constitutional Court justice on Dec. 12, 2023. 

The Constitutional Court consists of nine justices, but only seven remain at the moment, following Dabovikj Anastasovska's resignation and the recent dismissal of Constitutional Court Justice Elizabeta Dukovska, whose successor is still to be named. mr/
