CMC: Three active fires in past 24 hours
Skopje, 12 July 2025 (MIA) - A total of 38 wildfires were reported across the country in the past 24 hours. Three are still burning, five have been put under control, and thirty were extinguished, the Crisis Management Centre (CMC) said.
According to CMC's latest report, active fires are burning in the Municipality of Dojran - the village of Nikolikj, in the Municipality of Veles - the village of Dzhidimirci, and in the Municipality of Makedonski Brod - the villages of Creshnevo, Krapa and Lokvica.
The fires in Makedonski Brod - the village of Slatina, in Chucher Sandevo - the villages of Blace and Gornjani, and in Dolneni - the village of Crnilishte (landfill) and the village of Debreshte (landfill), have been put under control.
