CMC: Four active fires, 27 extinguished
Skopje, 19 July 2025 (MIA) - Twenty-seven wildfires have been extinguished over the past 24 hours, four are under control, and another four are still active, said the Crisis Management Center (CMC) on Saturday.
The active fires are burning in the municipalities of Vasilevo, Makedonski Brod, Prilep and Lipkovo.
Fires in Veles, Dojran, Makedonski Brod and Demir Hisar are under control, whereas the ones in Rankovce, Kumanovo, Lipkovo, Staro Nagorichane, Kratovo, Jegunovce, Tearce, Tetovo, Sveti Nikole, Bitola, Karbinci, Shtip, Delchevo, Rosoman, Aerodrom, Gazi Baba, Saraj and Gjorche Petrov have been put out.
