Association of Fine Artists of Bitola opens annual exhibit

Bitola, 11 July 2025 (MIA) -- The Association of Fine Artists of Bitola has mounted its traditional annual group exhibition, which this year showcases 35 works by its members and a special guest: Bitola-born Macedonian illustrator and comic artist Aleksandar Sotirovski, MIA's Bitola correspondent reports.

 

The art show at Bitola's Magaza Cultural Center puts on display paintings, digital art and sculptures created in 2024 and 2025.

 

 

In line with the long-standing tradition, the association's president Nela Petrovska awarded the Borislav Traikovski Award. The 2025 award recipient is Sinisha Kashavelski.

 

In addition to Kashavelski's works, the group exhibition includes art by Simeon Siljanovski, Robert Mihajlovski, Dragan Najdenovski, Slobodan Rajchevski, Vane Kosturanov, Vangel Srnakov, Vladimir Ilievski, Vladimir Mladenoski, Stefan Anchevski, Marijan Kotevski, Toni Popov, Tatjana Maneva, Filip Joveski, Bojana Artinovska, Simona Mirchevska, Dijana Kolondzhoska, Dimitri Balojani, Mirjana Bubevska, Maja Taneva, Petar Kiranovski, Aleksandar M. Popovski, Gjorgji Zajakovski, Dushan Sheshikj, Zlatko Krstevski, Bojana Toshevska, Valentina Ilievska, Dejan Makarijovski, Ljupka Galazka-Vasilev, Biljana Tolevska Naumovska, Nikolche Srpchanski, Dinko Nenov and Viktor Lozanov.
