Bitola, 29 November 2025 (MIA) - Minister of Digital Transformation Stefan Andonovski and Bitola Mayor Toni Konjanovski presented on Saturday the benefits of the national e-services website uslugi.gov.mk as an event in Bitola aimed at promoting the website.

In a statement to the media, Minister Andonovski said the number of users is increasing.

“The website now has around 240.000 users, which shows the citizens’ great interest in electronic services. They use them increasingly more frequently, since they make it possible for them to get the desired service faster. An especially positive example is the example with the vouchers for electronic devices for students, which is entirely online,” Andonovski said. 

Mayor Konjanovski said Bitola has consistent and solid cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, while stressing that the municipality is also contributing to efficient digital services.

“We are working hard to digitize our municipality. With GIS [Geographic Information System] we are providing information on construction, urban planning, we also have a management system that enables intersectoral communication within the municipality and ensures the smooth tracking of every service under our jurisdiction,” Konjanovski said.

The Municipality of Bitola and the Ministry of Digital Transformation have also committed to cooperating on other concrete projects and services benefitting domestic and foreign companies.
