Skopje, 20 February 2026 (MIA) - Minister of Digital Transformation Stefan Andonovski held a meeting Friday with United States Embassy’s Chargé d’Affaires Nicole Varnes, during which they two reaffirmed the close and strategic cooperation between the two countries. 

In a social media post, Andonovski said he expressed his gratitude for continued U.S. support for modernization processes in the institutions and the strengthening of cybersecurity.

“Our strategic dialogue is the basis for cooperation in terms of strengthening our economic, trade, and strategic potential for cooperation between our two countries. Cybersecurity and digitization are among the foundations of this dialogue. We continue to build partnerships that bear concrete results for the citizens and the country’s development,” Andonovski wrote.
