Skopje, 29 April 2026 (MIA) - President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova will host President of the Swiss Confederation Guy Parmelin Wednesday during his official visit to the country.

The Swiss president will be welcomed with the highest state and military honors at a ceremony held at the President’s Office.

After the official welcome ceremony, the President’s Office said, the two presidents will hold a tête-à-tête meeting, followed by a plenary session between the Macedonian and Swiss delegations.

Following the plenary meeting, Siljanovska-Davkova and Parmelin will hold a joint press conference.

During his visit, the Swiss president will lay a wreath at Goce Delchev’s grave at the St. Spas church in Skopje.
