Skopje, 18 May 2026 (MIA) – Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski met Monday with Vlen co-leaders, Bilall Kasami and Izet Mexhiti, to discuss the use of languages in taking the bar exam.

During the meeting it was emphasized that only through a joint, wise and dignified approach can solutions be reached that will bring progress, mutual trust and shared path towards the future, the government’s press office said.

“The interlocutors agreed that education and knowledge are the cornerstone of every modern and successful state,” the government said in a press release.

In this context, institutions are actively working to find solutions that will be fully aligned with the Constitution and the Law on the Use of Languages, aimed at ensuring legal certainty and functionality, the press release reads.
