COVID-19: 88 new cases, 123 patients recover, 3 die

Of 973 tests conducted in the past 24 hours, 88 new COVID-19 cases were registered in North Macedonia, including 30 in the capital Skopje.

Skopje, 13 July 2020 (MIA) – Of 973 tests conducted in the past 24 hours, 88 new COVID-19 cases were registered in North Macedonia, including 30 in the capital Skopje.

New cases were also registered in Kumanovo (8), Debar (1), Shtip (13), Prilep (5), Tetvo (3), Struga (11), Veles (1), Bitola (1), Ohrid (2), Kavadarci (1), Gostivar (1), Probishtip (1), Kratovo (1), Sveti Nikole (1) and Kichevo (8).

Three patients, aged 43, 72 and 76, died, the Health Ministry said Monday.

The Institute of Public Health registered 123 recovered patients in Skopje, Shtip, Prilep, Tetovo, Veles, Kochani, Probishtip, Kichevo, Resen, and Negotino.

The total number of COVID-19 confirmed cases since the onset of the epidemic is 8,197. 4,326 people have recovered.

Death toll has reached 385.

There are a total of 3,486 active cases in the country. Most of them are reported in Skopje – 1,788.

So far, a total of 78,133 COVID-19 tests have been conducted in the country.
