Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency chairman diagnosed with COVID-19

The chairman of Bosnia and Herzegovina's tripartite state presidency, Milorad Dodik, has been diagnosed with COVID-19 after being admitted to the Banja Luka University Hospital on Sunday evening with stomach pain, the hospital said on Tuesday.

Zagreb, 22 December 2020 (Hina/MIA) – The chairman of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s tripartite state presidency, Milorad Dodik, has been diagnosed with COVID-19 after being admitted to the Banja Luka University Hospital on Sunday evening with stomach pain, the hospital said on Tuesday.

“He has been diagnosed with double pneumonia, and his third test for coronavirus is positive,” the hospital said in a statement, adding that Dodik is in a stable condition, feeling well and receiving adequate therapy.

Dodik had been in self-isolation since the middle of last week after was in contact with an infected person.
