Skopje – The chances of reaching a consensus at the EU Summit for opening accession negotiations with North Macedonia and Albania are not good, German Chancellor Angela Merkel told the Bundestag on Thursday, Deutsche Welle reports.
Skopje – Ahead of the European Anti-Trafficking Day (October 18), the Macedonian Young Lawyers Association promoted Thursday a report entitled “Trafficking in human beings and smuggling of migrants in North Macedonia”, aimed to familiarize the public with the risks and problems refugees and migrants face, their vulnerability and the need for more engaged access to institutions and society at large.
Kumanovo – President Stevo Pendarovski said Thursday that top officials are lobbying until the last minute to get a date for start of accession negotiations and an acknowledgement for North Macedonia’s recent efforts.
