Delchevo, 18 March 2019 (MIA) – The Ministry of Economy will soon launch a contest to promote tourism in rural parts of North Macedonia.
“Two million denars have been earmarked for tourist capacities in rural communities,” said Bekim Hadziu from the Ministry’s tourism and hospitality sector.
Speaking to tourism entrepreneurs from the east of the country, Hadziu said project developers who meet requirements could receive up to MKD 200,000 each, or 60% of their investment.
Funds will be allocated after the presidential elections are over, according to the Ministry. mr/16:44
